Limitation of Liability

Any psychic reading provided by Kelsey Lynne to you personally is intended for entertainment purposes only and is subject to your personal interpretation. Readings are not intended to be —and should not be interpreted as — medical, financial, legal, psychological, or career advice. If you have a serious medical, financial or legal problem, you must immediately stop using Kelsey Lynne’s provided services and seek the advice of a licensed professional.

Refund Policy

In no event will Kelsey Lynne refund the cost of a Reading or other event because you were dissatisfied with it. If you are unable to attend your booked service you may cancel or reschedule the session by using the online booking agent, or by contacting Kelsey Lynne directly via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reading is canceled within 72 hours of start time: you will receive not receive a refund for your session.
• If a reading is canceled between one week and 72 hours of start time: you will receive 50% of your total reading cost, minus any transaction fees.
• If a reading is canceled further than one week from start time: you will receive a full refund for your session.

Services cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged once purchased under any circumstances. Services missed because of the client’s circumstances will not be refunded or rescheduled.

In an unforeseen circumstance or emergency beyond her control, if Kelsey Lynne needs to reschedule or cancel a session she will provide you email notice of any cancellation or rescheduling as soon as practicable. In the highly unlikely event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date Kelsey Lynne at her sole discretion, will determine whether to issue a refund for the service.
